About The Position
Lolo's is seeking a Breakfast Server to provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service in a busy restaurant environment. The role includes welcoming guests, explaining menu offerings, taking and entering orders, delivering food and beverages, monitoring guest needs, addressing concerns, processing payments, and maintaining clean, organized dining and service areas. The server completes opening, closing, and side-work assignments; keeps current on menu items, ingredients, specials, and beverage programs; follows alcohol-service regulations and company policies; and collaborates with the restaurant team while adhering to EOS Hospitality standards for service, safety, appearance, and professionalism. The position requires at least one year of restaurant serving experience, strong customer-service and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Physical duties include standing and walking for extended periods and frequently lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and stooping, including safely lifting up to 30 pounds. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant serving experience.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and recommend food and beverages.
- Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
- Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs to support a positive dining experience.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when appropriate.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
- Complete opening, closing, and side-work assignments.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, daily specials, and beverage programs.
- Comply with alcohol-service regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with managers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and culinary team members.
- Follow EOS Hospitality standards for service, safety, appearance, and professionalism.
