About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant provides a positive and welcoming start to the day for guests by delivering breakfast service. The role prepares, presents, and replenishes breakfast items while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and helps create a warm, efficient, and inviting dining atmosphere. The position reports to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager and requires availability for early morning shifts and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry throughout the shift.
• Availability to work early morning shifts and weekends as required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality.
• ServSafe or food handling certification.
• Multilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet or service area, keeping food fresh, stocked, and attractively displayed.
• Greet guests and assist with special requests and dietary or allergen needs during breakfast hours.
• Monitor food quality and presentation and address issues promptly.
• Clean and sanitize breakfast service areas, tables, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health and food safety regulations.
• Work with kitchen and service staff to support smooth morning operations.
