About The Position
We are looking for a Breakfast Server to join our team. This is an immediate opening. Applications are accepted in person, and interviews will be conducted after application submission. The server will be responsible for taking customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of food and drinks, suggesting menu items, addressing customer concerns, confirming orders with kitchen staff, and assisting with table setup and arrangement.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Must be able to work on your feet all day
- Strong customer service skills required
- Must have legible handwriting
Nice To Haves
- Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform a plus
Responsibilities
- Take customers' food and drink orders
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
- Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
- Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
- Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
- Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
