About The Position

Arbor Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Restaurant Server. Servers shape the guest experience by keeping tables clean and tidy, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. The role calls for someone who is quick on their feet and engaging, and offers an opportunity to grow and learn at a world-class property.

Responsibilities

Prepare the restaurant before each shift for the service ahead.
Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
Guide guests through the menu with descriptive selling.
Take orders accurately and confirm special requests.
Know the menu details and use that knowledge to enhance conversations with guests.
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen and bar staff.
Assist guests with concerns and guide them toward a satisfactory resolution.
Present bills accurately and promptly to finalize the guest experience.
Ensure tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive.
Present menus and serve food and beverages.
