About The Position

The Breakfast Server serves Residents and guests in a welcoming buffet environment, helping create memorable dining experiences and build meaningful relationships. The role delivers prompt, friendly, and professional service, supports buffet and café operations, and assists with meal delivery and community events. The position is located at The North at Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The schedule is 36–40 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 6:30 AM to 2:30/3:00 PM. Every other weekend and every other holiday are required.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented approach and commitment to serving others.

Food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service consistent with Willow Valley’s standards.
Take beverage orders, prepare drinks, and serve guests efficiently.
Assist with dining room setup, table service, and cleanup.
Clear and reset tables to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
Respond attentively to Resident and guest needs throughout meal service.
Support buffet and café service operations.
Assemble and deliver meal orders to Residents’ apartments.
Assist with special events, banquets, and community functions.
Complete sanitation, cleaning, and side-work assignments.
Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide support in other culinary areas when needed.
