About The Position

The Breakfast Server works at the Madison Marriott in Middleton, Wisconsin, providing attentive dining service to hotel guests. The role includes greeting guests, managing reservations, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, processing payments, reporting tips, maintaining clean service areas, and assisting with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries. The position is part-time and pays $10.50 plus tips; actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Requirements

• Friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or ability to obtain them within 60 days.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience.

Responsibilities
