About The Position

The Breakfast Host prepares, sets up, maintains, and breaks down the breakfast buffet, keeping the dining area clean, organized, and stocked throughout service. The role supports inventory management, waste reduction, equipment upkeep, and sanitation standards while helping create a welcoming atmosphere and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, committed to food safety and cleanliness, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The position is scheduled for shifts from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m., up to 40 hours per week, with varied and flexible shifts or days that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates.
• Ability to work varied and flexible shifts or days, potentially including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

• Previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
