About The Position

Tharaldson Hospitality Management is hiring a Breakfast Host for the Novato Residence Inn by Marriott. The role helps create a positive guest experience by preparing and maintaining the breakfast service, welcoming guests, responding to special requests, and helping keep public areas clean. The position offers hospitality experience and opportunities to build skills and advance within a company with 90 hotels nationwide. Pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience. Weekend availability is required. The role has open morning availability from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.; times may vary by location.

Requirements

• 0–1+ year of customer service experience.
• Open morning availability from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.; times may vary by location.
• Weekend availability.
• Passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to keep breakfast items stocked and available during breakfast hours according to company standards.
• Ability to greet guests and accommodate special requests as needed.
• High school degree or better.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast at scheduled times.
• Ensure breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards.
• Greet guests and accommodate special requests as needed.
• Keep countertops and machines clean and tidy at all times.
• Regularly inventory breakfast items, order or purchase items as necessary, and provide all receipts to the General Manager.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
