As a Commis, you will help prepare the breakfast service, maintain the orderliness of work areas, and offer your support wherever your presence makes a meaningful difference. With your strong sense of service and attention to detail, you will contribute to making every stay more pleasant and memorable.
Requirements
- Good physical condition
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong teamwork abilities and a positive attitude

- Outstanding customer service approach
Responsibilities
- Organize cooking tasks and prepare breakfast items according to the forecast sheet reflecting hotel occupancy
- Clear the buffet, clean, set up tables, and handle dishwashing as well as the setup for the following day’s breakfast service
- Provide valet and luggage assistance for our guests as needed
- Deliver room service orders
- Participate in developing the food offering for the hotel bar
- Perform various cleaning and restocking tasks in work areas
- Complete a full cleaning of the prep kitchen at the end of each service
- Receive deliveries and perform inventory when required
- Offer support to different hotel departments
