Breakfast Attendant
About The Position
The Breakfast Attendant prepares, serves, and cleans up the hotel’s complimentary hot breakfast while creating a warm, comfortable, and relaxing environment for guests. The role supports positive experiences for guests and team members, maintains food safety standards and appropriate inventory and supply levels, and keeps the breakfast and lobby areas clean and organized. The position requires courteous, friendly guest service. Hours of operation are 4:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; weekends and holidays are required. The job is at Drury Inn & Suites, 815 1st Avenue, Coralville, Iowa 52241. Pay starts at $16.36 per hour.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and breakfast hours.
- Warm and friendly communication with guests to create a happy, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere.
- Ability to speak and receive written and verbal direction in English.
