About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant prepares and maintains the daily breakfast service, providing guests with a clean and welcoming environment. The role involves direct guest interaction and requires early-morning availability, with shifts starting around 5:30 AM.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Dependable and punctual, with consistent early-morning availability starting around 5:30 AM.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs.

• Previous food service or hospitality experience; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the breakfast buffet with food and beverage items.
• Ensure food and beverage items are fresh, properly presented, and replenished as needed.
• Greet guests and assist with questions or special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, counters, and floors.
• Monitor and empty trash receptacles during and after breakfast hours.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Clean and break down the breakfast area after service.
• Take inventory of items that need to be ordered.
