About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant services guests according to brand standards and provides high-quality service to guests and team members. The role maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout operating hours and helps control food and beverage inventories. Shifts vary from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and weekends are required.

Requirements

• Weekend availability is required.
• Comply with applicable certification requirements, including Food Handlers and Safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete complimentary food service properly and on time according to checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Follow brand standards, service steps, and guidelines so customers are attended to properly and food and beverage items meet quality and presentation requirements.
• Ensure food and beverages meet brand standards and are served safely and sanitarily, with attractive presentation and adequate quantities for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain applicable certifications and comply with certification requirements, including Food Handlers and Safety certifications.
• Perform opening and closing side work according to standards to serve guests promptly and efficiently.
• Keep the work area and front-of-house areas clean and tidy, including promptly cleaning and stocking guest breakfast and dining areas.
• Stock orders using the correct FIFO procedure, take inventory, and perform temperature checks.
• Attend meetings as required by management.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
