About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. This role also focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, handling complaints, managing inventory, and collaborating with chefs on menu development. The attendant will also maintain sales records, track cash receipts, and submit operations reports.

Requirements

Must have knowledge of health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues diplomatically and courteously.
Understanding of alcoholic beverage regulations.
Skills in inventory management and purchasing.
Ability to conduct inspections and evaluate equipment for repairs and maintenance.
Experience in maintaining sales records and tracking cash receipts.
Ability to prepare and submit operations reports.

Responsibilities

Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service.
Collaborates with chefs to develop appetizing menus.
Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the regional manager.
Performs other duties as assigned.
