About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant prepares, serves, and cleans up the hotel’s complimentary hot breakfast while helping create a warm, comfortable, and relaxing environment for guests. The role includes maintaining food safety standards, monitoring inventory and supplies, and keeping the breakfast and lobby areas clean and organized. The attendant provides courteous, friendly guest service and contributes to positive experiences for guests and team members.

Requirements

• Ability to accurately inventory food items and calculate order levels.
• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the local community, and breakfast hours.
• Warm and friendly communication with guests.
• Ability to speak and understand written and verbal directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and clean up the complimentary hot breakfast.
• Maintain food safety standards and appropriate inventory and supply levels.
• Keep the breakfast and lobby areas clean and well organized.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
• Create a warm, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
