About The Position
Blue Flame Management is hiring a Breakfast Attendant at the Hampton Inn Dupont in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role manages inventory by maintaining and ordering supplies needed to operate a quality breakfast bar and monitoring expenses. The attendant also supports guest relations and resolves guest complaints about their stay. Duties include setting up the breakfast bar, maintaining its quality standards during breakfast hours, restocking as needed, and completing teardown and cleanup.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and order inventory necessary to operate a quality breakfast bar.
- Monitor and maintain expenses.

- Set up the breakfast bar.
- Maintain breakfast bar quality standards throughout breakfast hours.
- Restock the breakfast bar as needed.
- Tear down and clean up the breakfast bar.
