About The Position

Blue Flame Management is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant for the Hampton Inn Dupont. The role involves cleaning assigned hotel rooms according to standard operating procedures, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and restocking paper and soap supplies, as directed by the direct supervisor. Room attendants are expected to meet minutes-per-occupied-room standards and strip linens and terry from all checkout rooms by noon daily. Blue Flame Management operates three hotels on the northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites North.

Requirements

• Ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations.
• Ability to make fast and sound decisions.

• Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Availability to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Some knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
