About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant prepares food, cleans and restocks the breakfast area, and greets guests during a shift that starts around 5 a.m. After breakfast service, the attendant is expected to clean everything and empty the garbage. The role focuses on providing friendly, quality hospitality and helping guests have a pleasant experience.

Requirements

• Highly organized.
• Thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a team environment, with the employee acting as a team leader for most tasks.
• Basic computational ability.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and hotel features and services.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to increase departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge arriving guests.
• Be attentive to guests’ needs and help provide a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests about available breakfast options according to brand standards.
• Prepare food, clean, and restock during the breakfast shift.
• Clean the breakfast area and empty garbage after breakfast service.
