About The Position

Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to support breakfast operations at the Residence Inn by Marriott - Ann Arbor North. The role is responsible for setting up, serving, maintaining, and tearing down the breakfast bar, while helping deliver excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Candidates must be available to cover Thursday and Friday mornings. Hours may vary based on hotel needs, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Satisfactory criminal background screening is required.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependability and a customer-focused approach.
• Time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate and listen; stand for long periods; walk, kneel, stoop, and bend; and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to cover Thursday and Friday mornings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain breakfast bar quality standards throughout breakfast hours.
• Ensure food quality and quantity are correct.
• Keep the kitchen neat and orderly, including washing, drying, and putting away dishes; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming rugs; cleaning countertops, cupboards, drawers, the refrigerator, and the freezer; and emptying trash.
• Rotate food.
• Maintain proper inventory levels.
• Tear down the breakfast bar daily.
• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Welcome each guest with a smile and greeting.
• Follow Quality Assurance and Health Department standards.
