About The Position

Hampton Inn Melbourne/Viera is hiring a friendly, reliable, service-driven Breakfast Attendant to welcome guests and support breakfast service. The role focuses on setting up and maintaining an appealing breakfast buffet, preparing simple food and beverages, keeping breakfast and lobby areas clean and stocked, and helping create a positive start to guests’ days. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet with fresh, appealing items.
• Prepare simple food and beverage items, including fruit, coffee, and hot and cold items.
• Keep breakfast and lobby areas clean, stocked, and inviting.
• Wipe down tables, counters, and equipment regularly.
• Refill juice, coffee, milk, utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed.
• Answer basic guest questions about breakfast, the hotel, or the local area.
• Restock and reset for the next day’s breakfast service.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory, light kitchen preparation, and closing tasks.
• Maintain a hospitable, can-do attitude.
