About The Position
The Brand Representative provides guests with a world-class shopping experience while contributing to the success and profitability of the retail business. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, offering styling recommendations, meeting sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and helping keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing. Brand Representatives also process transactions, returns, and exchanges; assist with inventory tasks; follow company policies and safety protocols; and remain flexible to the needs of the business. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and available to work nights and weekends. The position has physical demands including prolonged standing and walking, frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds, and occasional to frequent climbing.
Requirements

- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to climb occasionally to frequently.
- Sufficient manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
- Sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks.
- Ability to communicate with others to exchange information.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, determine their needs, help them find merchandise, and provide styling recommendations.
- Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
- Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and well-maintained store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
- Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Report to work as scheduled, record time worked accurately, and remain flexible to business needs.
