About The Position

The Brand Representative provides a world-class shopping experience for guests while contributing to the success and profitability of the retail business. The role includes assisting guests with merchandise and styling recommendations, meeting sales goals, maintaining product knowledge and store presentation, processing transactions, and supporting inventory management. The position is based at West Town Mall in Knoxville, Tennessee, and requires availability to work nights and weekends.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to occasionally to frequently climb.
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
Sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks.
Ability to communicate with others to exchange information.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, determine their needs, help them find merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
Maintain thorough knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Report to work as scheduled, record work time accurately, and remain flexible to business needs.
