About The Position

The Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, supporting ongoing associate development, and ensuring effective operational compliance. The role reports to Store Leadership and may serve as leader on duty as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 20 years of age.
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, or squatting frequently; occasional ladder climbing and frequent stair climbing and descending may be required depending on location.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Previous retail experience preferred.

Consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience and adhere to Altar'd State's guest service standards.

Coach associates on guest interactions and recognize strong performance.
