Guest Service Key Holder/Lead
About The Position
The Guest Service Key Holder/Lead assists managers with customer service across the club, including the Front Desk/Concierge, dining outlets, and pool facility. In the absence of the Club Manager, this role is responsible for successfully opening and/or closing the club, restaurant, and pool facilities. Duties include processing daily reports, handling cash, and completing opening and closing checklists. The position also assists managers with projects and performs other duties as required. Shifts start at 8:30 a.m. or 3:00 p.m.; club hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. This is a part-time position at The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate in Davenport, Florida.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience in private or club operations, or equivalent experience, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties in association with and as directed by department managers.
- Provide customer service to club members across the Front Desk, Concierge, dining outlets, and pool facility.
- Assist members with reservations, questions, policies, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist managers with working projects.
- Open and/or close the club, restaurant, and pool facilities when required.
- Process daily reports, handle cash, and complete opening and closing checklists.
- Perform other duties as required.
