About The Position

The Part-Time Key Holder at Montblanc’s Aventura boutique is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives and developing and servicing customers. The role includes building client relationships, maintaining strong product knowledge, delivering outstanding customer service, supporting after-sales service, and maintaining the boutique’s aesthetic quality. The Key Holder may open or close the boutique, handle communication with the corporate office when management is absent, and process transfers in management’s absence.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales.
Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities.
Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships and gain customers’ trust and respect.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Able to work open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

Jewelry or high-end luxury product sales experience is preferred.
A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve preset sales objectives.
Develop a network and clientele.
Capture client information and consistently add information to promote boutique relationships and sales.
Maintain strong product knowledge across the various collections.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
Open and close the boutique as required.
Handle communication with the corporate office in the absence of management.
Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed according to protocol.
Handle transfers in the absence of management.
