About The Position

The Brand Representative plays a crucial role in providing guests with a world-class shopping experience while contributing to the overall success and profitability of the retail business. The role involves assisting guests with merchandise and styling, supporting sales goals, maintaining product displays and store cleanliness, processing transactions and returns, and helping with inventory and other store operations. The position requires availability to work nights and weekends and is for applicants who are at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday; frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items up to 25 lbs.; and occasionally to frequently climb.
Must have sufficient manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
Must have sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks and communicate with others to exchange information.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, determine their needs, assist them in finding merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
Maintain thorough knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Report to work as scheduled, accurately record time worked, and remain flexible to business needs.
