About The Position

The Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities needed to achieve store goals. Reporting to Store Leadership, the role includes providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, supporting ongoing associate development, and ensuring effective operational compliance. The position is part-time and based at Jordan Creek in Des Moines, Iowa.

Requirements

Must be at least 20 years of age.
Must be physically able to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently.
May be required to climb ladders occasionally and climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Previous retail experience preferred.
