About The Position

The Brand Representative (Sales Associate) drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store environment. The role consistently achieves individual sales associate goals that support store goals. It reports to Store Leadership.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be physically able to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently.
May be required to climb ladders occasionally and climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and following Altar’d State service standards.
Acknowledge, interact with, and build relationships with guests to create guest loyalty.
Communicate effectively with store management and guests.
Treat others fairly and respectfully, value differences, and avoid passing judgment on potential guests.
Support an environment of learning and trust by acting as a positive role model for fellow sales associates.
Complete opening and closing procedures and sales associate tasks as directed by management, with a guest focus.
Locate merchandise effectively and maintain organization.
Perform register transactions quickly, efficiently, and accurately; handle cash and provide change without error.
Follow loss prevention practices, report potential incidents, and help protect company assets.
Maintain a safe work environment and report potential hazards to leadership.
Participate in and assist with store inventory preparation.
Report to work as scheduled, record time worked accurately using the company time and attendance system, and remain flexible to business needs.
Assist in constructing merchandising and window displays.
Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
Represent the brand by adhering to appropriate dress and grooming standards.
