About The Position
The Brand Representative brings the Hollister store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a well-presented store environment. Responsibilities include providing attentive customer service and product or styling guidance; replenishing and organizing merchandise; processing purchases, returns, and exchanges; and supporting online orders, including Save the Sale, In-Store Pick-Up, and ship-from-store orders.

Responsibilities
- Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to customers.
- Anticipate customer needs, initiate natural conversations, and provide product support and styling guidance across categories.
- Replenish products and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales floor by folding, hanging, and sizing merchandise and meeting presentation standards.
- Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while providing a positive checkout experience.
- Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up orders, and package ship-from-store orders.
