Associates provide customer service and product support, maintain the sales floor, process transactions, and assist with online and in-store order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to customers.
Anticipate customer needs, initiate natural conversations, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
Replenish products and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
Fold and hang merchandise, maintain sizing, and ensure presentation standards are met.
Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while providing a friendly checkout experience.
Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up orders, and package ship-from-store orders.
