About The Position

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring customers receive a quality in-store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates to help ensure store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the role drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and the team’s achievement of daily sales. The schedule varies weekly, with an expected minimum of 12–16 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday availability, as well as availability for certain holidays, is required. Hours increase during peak timeframes to support business needs.

Requirements

High school diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent; a diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform opening and closing routines.
Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
Build and maintain visual displays.
Analyze reporting to inform decision-making.
Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
Act as Floor Supervisor and provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
Help drive store performance through customer experience and the team’s achievement of daily sales.
