Responsibilities include customer service and styling support, sales floor maintenance, checkout operations, and supporting online and in-store orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to customers; anticipate their needs, initiate comfortable and natural conversations, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Replenish products and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment by folding, hanging, sizing, and meeting presentation standards.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while providing a friendly checkout experience.
• Support omni-channel orders, including Save the Sale orders, In-Store Pick-Up fulfillment, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
