About The Position
Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a well-presented store. Representatives provide attentive customer service and product and styling guidance, support sales-floor replenishment and presentation, process purchases and returns, and assist with online and in-store order fulfillment.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to customers; anticipate needs and initiate natural conversations.
- Offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
- Replenish products and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment, including folding, hanging, sizing, and meeting presentation standards.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently while providing a positive checkout experience.
- Support omni-channel orders, including Save the Sale, In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
