About The Position
The Brand Representative brings the Hollister store experience to life by engaging customers with care, authentically representing the brand, and helping create a welcoming environment. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a well-presented store. Associates provide attentive customer service and product support, maintain the sales floor, process transactions and returns, and assist with online and in-store order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
- Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to customers; anticipate their needs and initiate natural conversations.
- Offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
- Replenish products and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually consistent by folding, hanging, and sizing merchandise and meeting presentation standards.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently while providing a friendly checkout experience.
- Support omni-channel orders, including Save the Sale orders, In-Store Pick-Up fulfillment, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
