About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to support Santa photo set operations at Short Pump Town Center. The role helps create memorable experiences for children and families by supporting the team, welcoming guests, assisting with photos, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift in a fun, fast-paced environment.

The position includes opening and closing duties, reinforcing policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting training or recruiting, taking photos, providing guest service, operating point-of-sale systems and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. Photography experience is not required. The role requires flexibility during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
