About The Position

The Sales Associate supports sales and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on helping customers find suitable products, offering personalized product and styling recommendations, explaining product features and benefits, and contributing to individual and store sales goals. Associates build customer relationships through service and follow-up when appropriate, and identify opportunities to cross-sell. The position also helps create a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment through merchandising, replenishment, fitting-room support, stocking, and inventory organization. Associates follow store policies and procedures and work collaboratively with teammates to support efficient operations and meet store goals. Hours may vary; retail hours may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency with Apple products, G Suite, and omnichannel POS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service focus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Friendly, customer-first mindset and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
High school degree.
