Sales Associate (PT) - Short Pump Town Center
About The Position
The Sales Associate supports sales and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves helping customers find suitable products, offering personalized product and styling recommendations, explaining product features and benefits, and contributing to individual and store sales goals. Associates build customer relationships through service and follow-up when appropriate and identify opportunities to cross-sell. The position also helps create a clean, organized, visually appealing, and inviting in-store experience through merchandising, replenishment, fitting room support, and customer service. Store operations duties include stocking, organizing inventory and backroom tasks, following store policies and procedures, and collaborating with teammates. Hours may vary, and retail scheduling may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency with Apple products, G Suite, and omnichannel POS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service focus and a friendly, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- High school degree.
