About The Position

Archer Meat Snacks, one of the fastest-growing brands in the Natural and Specialty Channel, is looking for a Brand Manager to lead brand stewardship, shopper marketing, packaging initiatives, and consumer engagement efforts across the business. In this role, you will help shape how Archer shows up across retail, digital, and consumer touchpoints while partnering closely with Sales, R&D, Finance, and external agency partners. You will play a critical role in driving brand growth, supporting commercial success, and translating consumer insights into stronger products and more effective marketing programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, or related CPG disciplines
  • Experience within food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods industries strongly preferred
  • Proven success managing integrated marketing programs and agency relationships
  • Experience supporting product innovation, packaging initiatives, and shopper marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of retail, consumer behavior, and brand-building principles
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and evaluating business performance
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who thrives in high-growth, entrepreneurial organizations

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of integrated marketing plans that strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement
  • Identify emerging marketing trends, technologies, and consumer opportunities that can drive brand growth
  • Partner with agency teams to execute marketing communications, content initiatives, influencer programs, and campaign activations
  • Lead creative review processes to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support commercial objectives and customer needs
  • Lead Go-To-Market planning for new product launches, distribution gains, and strategic retail initiatives
  • Develop and execute shopper marketing programs designed to increase trial, conversion, and in-store velocity
  • Communicate marketing priorities and activation plans across internal stakeholders
  • Manage packaging updates, optimization projects, and brand refresh initiatives
  • Lead development of retail display programs and merchandising solutions in partnership with Sales teams
  • Support innovation efforts by collaborating with cross-functional partners throughout the product development process
  • Monitor consumer sentiment, competitive activity, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities and risks
  • Conduct product reviews and competitive evaluations to ensure Archer products remain differentiated and relevant
  • Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to support product optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Translate consumer feedback into actionable recommendations for the business
  • Serve as a key connector between Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D, and Operations teams
  • Manage marketing budgets and support monthly forecasting, tracking, and financial reviews
  • Lead resolution and communication around consumer service issues impacting the brand
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities
