About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle and Aerie brands to life by creating an excellent shopping experience for every guest. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for its products, and embody its values. The role requires engaging with guests, helping them find products that meet their needs, and supporting store operations across multiple areas.

Requirements

Enjoy interacting with people.
Bring energy and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Be available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Be at least 16 years of age.

Nice To Haves

Love AE and Aerie products.
Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

Use the AEO Selling Model and a friendly, guest-focused approach to help shoppers find what they are looking for.
Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and recommend items suited to their needs.
Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively address guest concerns while following company policy.
Assist team members and contribute to completing store tasks.
Follow AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
