About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) brand to life by providing guests with an excellent shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and reflect the company’s values. The role involves engaging with guests, helping them find suitable products, introducing them to the loyalty program and brand channels, and flexing across store areas as needed.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model and a friendly, guest-first approach to help guests find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and recommend products that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work flexibly across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist team members and contribute to completing store tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
