AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
About The Position
As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) brand to life by providing guests with an excellent shopping experience. You are the face of the company, build brand loyalty, share enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and represent the company’s values authentically. The role involves engaging with guests, helping them find products that fit their needs, introducing them to the loyalty program and other brand channels, and moving between store zones as needed. Brand Ambassadors work collaboratively with the store team, resolve guest concerns in accordance with company policy, and follow AEO policies and procedures. The position suits people who enjoy interacting with others, bring energy to a fast-paced environment, and can work during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Bring energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
- Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for, using a friendly, guest-first approach.
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products that meet their needs.
- Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
- Assist the team and contribute to completing store tasks.
- Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
