AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
About The Position
As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you represent the American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) brand and help every store guest have a positive shopping experience. You build brand loyalty by sharing your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, supporting guests with product information and suggestions, and representing company values. Brand Ambassadors may work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. The role suits people who enjoy interacting with others, can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is noted as a plus, and applicants must be at least 16 years old. American Eagle is an American jeans and apparel brand founded in 1977. Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first approach to help them find what they are looking for.
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
- Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
- Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
- Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
