AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
About The Position
As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle and Aerie brands to life by providing guests with a positive shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share enthusiasm for its products, and reflect its values while working with guests and teammates. The role involves helping customers find products, educating them about product details, and introducing them to the loyalty program and other brand channels. Brand Ambassadors may work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. They resolve guest concerns in accordance with company policy and follow AEO policies and procedures. The role is suited to people who enjoy interacting with others, can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position is part-time. Actual starting pay depends on factors including relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and discretionary REAL rewards. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary according to job level and type, location, employment classification, and years of service. Brand Ambassadors receive a year-round 40% product discount at AE and Aerie, with additional seasonal discounts, and can participate in store contests for merchandise and other prizes. Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Have energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first mindset to help them find what they are looking for.
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products suited to their needs.
- Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
- Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
- Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
