About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate), you bring the AEO brand to life by providing guests with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company and its values, build brand loyalty, and share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products. The role involves engaging with guests, helping them find products that suit their needs, and flexing across store zones as needed.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Able to interact with people and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for, using a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist team members and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
