About The Position

Urban Outfitters Brand Ambassadors bring the brand to life through authentic customer connections, personal style, creativity, and enthusiasm for pop culture. They create an engaging, enjoyable shopping experience while helping customers and supporting the store’s day-to-day operations. The role involves staying current on products, trends, store and online activity, exclusive product drops, and promotions. Brand Ambassadors help keep the store inspiring, organized, and easy to shop by restocking and styling displays. They also use in-store technology to support customers shopping in-store or online, remain flexible as needs change, and contribute positively as part of a collaborative team.
