Responsibilities

Represent Urban Outfitters through individuality, creativity, and personal perspective; stay informed about product drops, trends, and in-store and online activity.
Engage customers in authentic conversations, share information about exclusive product drops and promotions, and create memorable shopping experiences.
Maintain an inspiring, organized, and easy-to-shop store by restocking and styling displays.
Use in-store technology to help customers shop in-store, online, or across channels.
Stay open to new tasks, adapt to changing needs, and learn on the job.
Support teammates, share ideas, and contribute to a positive store environment.
