About The Position

Urban Outfitters Brand Ambassadors bring the brand to life through authentic customer connections, personal style, and enthusiasm for pop culture. They create a fun, distinctive shopping experience while staying current on product drops, trends, and activity in-store and online. The role involves engaging customers, maintaining an inspiring and organized sales floor, using in-store technology to support different ways of shopping, adapting to changing needs, and contributing positively to the team.

Responsibilities

Express individuality and creativity while staying informed about product drops, trends, and in-store and online activity.

Help maintain an inspiring, organized, and easy-to-shop store by restocking and styling displays.
Use in-store technology to support customers shopping in-store, online, or through other channels.
Stay open to new tasks, help where needed, and learn as the role and daily needs change.
