About The Position

Urban Outfitters Brand Ambassadors bring the brand to life in the store through personal style, authentic customer connections, and knowledge of pop culture and current trends. They create a fun, welcoming shopping experience, help customers explore products and promotions, and maintain an inspiring, organized, on-brand store environment. The role also uses in-store technology to support customers shopping in-store or online and requires flexibility, curiosity, and collaboration with the store team.

• Use in-store technology to support customers shopping in-store, online, or through a combination of channels.
