About The Position

Urban Outfitters Brand Ambassadors bring the brand to life by connecting with customers, expressing personal style, and sharing enthusiasm for pop culture, trends, and products. They create an authentic and enjoyable shopping experience while helping customers in store and through in-store technology that supports online and blended shopping. The role also involves keeping the store organized, inspiring, and on-brand, and working collaboratively in a fast-moving retail environment. Retail or customer service experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Represent Urban Outfitters through individuality, creativity, and personal perspective; stay informed about product drops, trends, and in-store and online activity.
Engage customers in authentic conversations, inform them about exclusive product drops and promotions, and share enthusiasm for products.
Help maintain an inspiring, organized, easy-to-shop space by restocking and styling displays.
Use in-store technology to support customers shopping in store, online, or through a combination of channels.
Stay open to new tasks, help where needed, and learn as the work changes.
Support the team, share ideas, and contribute to a positive store environment.
