About The Position

Urban Outfitters Brand Ambassadors bring the brand to life through authentic customer connections, personal style, and enthusiasm for pop culture. They create a fun, memorable shopping experience while helping customers and keeping current on product drops, trends, and in-store and online activity. The role supports a welcoming, inspiring, organized, and on-brand store, and uses in-store technology to help customers shop in the way that suits them. Brand Ambassadors collaborate with their team, stay flexible, and learn as they go in a fast-moving retail environment.
