About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life by providing guests with an excellent shopping experience and building brand loyalty. You represent the company’s values and help guests find products that meet their needs. The role involves working across the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Have energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they are looking for with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
